Museum Tabakspeicher (tobacco warehouse)
The building of the present museum was built in the 18th century and served in the 19th and 20th century as a tobacco warehouse. Together with the adjacent barn built in 2000 it is now used as a museum. Both half-timbered buildings show on over 1.000m² exhibitions on crafts, commercial, industrial and archaeology topics. All parts of the exhibition have educational values which offer interesting aspects to children and young people. "Museum Night" is yet another attraction.
